Config-as-code for a vehicle upfit. One YAML file holds every part, circuit, wire and the CanTrol control plan; the app checks the electrical design, simulates the 21-button control head, plans and checks the eight Whelen Command CANport vehicle inputs, builds an installer packet, runs bench tests and syncs a public-safe copy to this portfolio on every save.

- Duval Fan Apparel (Project Panthera 16)
Independent Jacksonville fan-culture apparel brand for the US and UK. Full business proposal, IP guardrails, unit economics and a clickable storefront prototype. Plan only; nothing launched yet.

A growth system for a one-owner Jacksonville used car lot. "Deal with the owner" positioning, a We Buy Cars program, free-channels-first marketing, one lead log with a 15-minute reply standard, a Florida compliance checklist and a new website.
- SaniCONNECT Private Franchise Collaboration Platform
A private community I led from need to launch and ongoing administration. Built on WordPress in about two months, customized and branded for SaniGLAZE, and launched in Spring 2024 to the franchise network, technicians, sales members, and corporate leadership, with more than 40 members on desktop, tablet, mobile, and companion apps.

A DIY 12 V plan for a 10-foot rotomolded fishing boat. Trolling motor circuit, fused 4-gang switch panel, fish finder on the motor shaft, nav and courtesy lights, paddle, anchor, foam deck and Georgia registration, in budget, mid and high tiers.
